We have an agile project management process that ensures no surprises, as we use our experience to keep improving our procedures.
You can stay in constant contact with all the team members working at your project or we can assign a single point of contact - as you wish. We use standard intuitive tools for communication. You get access to a secure project tracking system so that every team member has access to the latest documentation (we use Allegra) - or if you prefer a particular tool, we'll try to adapt.
